You may choose to join if you are interested and willing to spend a few minutes from time to time answering questions about your preferences. Why Join?

Membership is free to those who qualify and it has its benefits:

Influence: You become part of a small group whose preferences matter and who affect the design of important new products and services.

Knowledge: You learn about new products and services, hear from those who produce them, and learn more about your own preferences.

Challenge: Our questionnaires are not mindless check-the-box exercises. They ask you to make the trade-offs that you do in real purchase decisions and, by doing this, describe your true preferences.

Rewards: You get to join us for "just desserts" as a token of our appreciation for sharing your opinions and ideas. Each time you complete one of our questionnaires, you will receive your choice from a selection of high quality food products delivered to your home from our home state of Vermont.

More Rewards: For certain surveys, our clients provide additional incentives for participation such as cash, other gifts or a drawing for an all-expenses-paid long weekend getaway for two to SurveyCafe's home town in Vermont.

What's Involved?

Our Consumer Preferences Panels provide input to those who develop important new products and services - large companies, small companies and public agencies. As a member of the panel, we will contact you by e-mail asking you to complete selected questionnaires and provide comments about the products discussed in the questionnaire. Of course, your participation is at all times voluntary and you may complete the questionnaire anytime that is convenient for you within the designated time frame.

When you do participate by providing your opinions, we will offer you one of our "desserts", your choice from a selection of high quality food products delivered to your home from our home state of Vermont. In some cases, we will provide additional rewards including cash and other gifts.

SurveyCafe and the Consumer Preferences Panels are administered by Resource Systems Group, a leading market research and consulting firm founded 15 years ago by three Dartmouth College professors.

Any information you provide will be used only for this research and will be kept anonymous. E-mail or other address information will not be provided to any organization other than for shipping your rewards. Your panel membership will expire in one year but you may, at any time earlier, ask to be removed from the panel.
